What we collect

The AI Opportunity Finder collects the name and email address you submit, your assessment answers, your ranked workflow recommendations, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use this information to calculate and deliver your results, send practical AI training you agreed to receive, improve the assessment, prevent misuse, and support the StratBuild AI Labs community.

Where it goes

Your submitted assessment is sent to StratBuild AI Labs' GoHighLevel account so your result email and related follow-up can be delivered. Service providers that host or transmit the assessment may process limited data on our behalf.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the link in an email. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete your submitted information by replying to a StratBuild AI Labs email.

Keep sensitive data out

Do not enter passwords, payment information, protected health information, confidential customer records, or other regulated or highly sensitive data into the assessment.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and operational records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.
